| 1959 Oct | Kyushu Henatsuki Co., Inc. is established through joint investment by Daihen Corporation and Kyushu Electric Power Co., Inc.; manufacturing of pole transformers begins with paid-in capital of 50 million yen as the only manufacturer of transformers in Kyushu. |
